Albert Pike & the Lodge Divide
Series · Albert Pike 2 of 5
Case Closed · all 5 parts
Brothers in the lodge… but not if you were Black? 🔺 The documentary says Prince Hall and his group were "denied by the white Masons of Massachusetts," so they turned to England for a charter. It names Albert Pike as the most notable of those who opposed Black Americans being "brother Masons," and historian Dr. Richard Spence calls Pike "a southern separatist, a racist." The film goes on to claim that a new anti-Black terrorist organization "took influences from the Freemasons."
Whatever the lodge decided, God decided first. He made every nation of one blood, and in Christ there is one family, bought with one price. That brotherhood isn't granted by a charter or a degree, and no man can vote you out of it. It comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, the Light that exposes every darkness.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28 (NKJV)
"And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth…" Acts 17:26 (NKJV)
"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." John 3:19 (NKJV)
