Todd Bentley says that in a trance he was taken to heaven and met the apostle Paul: "small, frail man… kind of looked like a monk." He says Paul put his hand on his chest and imparted "a spiritual gift… by a real apostolic father."
Then Paul supposedly explained the book of Hebrews: "I left the authorship unclear… I was caught up into the third heaven. Abraham and Moses talked to me about the things that I wrote in the book of Hebrews."
But when Paul himself wrote about being caught up, he said what he heard could not be repeated:
"how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter." 2 Corinthians 12:4 NKJV
