Why it matters

The argument runs on a pun: pi (the mathematical constant) and pie (the pastry) are treated as one thing, a lattice crust is linked to the "lattice" of Song of Solomon 2:9, and Tesla's "369" is called a hidden key to the firmament. That is numerology and word association, not exegesis. Song of Solomon 2:9 describes the beloved gazing through a window lattice. It says nothing about math, pastry or cosmology.

369 + pie crust = the firmament?

In a clip shown on Hard Truths, KayPodgee calls "369" a "great mystery" that is "really just the firmament," says "the pie they give us is not true pie," and concludes that pi and a lattice crust are "both pie, except one's a pastry."

This is what happens when number patterns replace the Word. Scripture never sends us to decode the cosmos. It points us to Christ, "in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Colossians 2:3).
