The Weapons God Gave Us (Todd Coconato)
Exhibit AKey Evidence
- "We have tremendous tools that are available."
- Todd Coconato walks through the weapons God has given the believer: prayer ("the faithful fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much"), fasting, the sword of the Spirit ("speak the word of God and the devil has to flee"), and praise: "Be a worshipper. Here's another weapon. Praise."
- On prayer he says, "God responds to the prayers of the righteous." These are not once-a-week tools; they are for every day.
- His conclusion: "So we never need to fear because God is with us."
Exhibit BFrom the Word
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,”
