Exhibit AKey Evidence

  1. During the 8:30 a.m. worship service at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Pastor Ed Newton stopped and called what had just happened "a demonic attack from hell."
  2. He didn't panic. He prayed in the name of Jesus, he declared that darkness has no authority in that room, and he had the church keep worshiping.
  3. We don't fight FOR victory. We fight FROM the victory Christ already won at the cross.

Exhibit BFrom the Word

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Ephesians 6:12 NKJV
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,”
2 Corinthians 10:4 NKJV
“Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”

What do you do when the battle gets real? 🔥

That's real spiritual warfare. Our fight isn't against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). Our weapons aren't carnal. They are mighty in God for pulling down strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). Submit to God, resist the devil, and he will flee (James 4:7). We don't fight FOR victory. We fight FROM the victory Christ already won at the cross.

He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 🙌
