Shelf · End Times & Prophecy 1 of 16
In this interview they open J.D. Vance’s book Communion and read what he wrote about the end times.
Just before he left for Iraq, he sat in his sister’s church. The sermon was on the last days and why every person there needed to be ready for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
Vance says he sat there in a silent rage.
He looked at the families, the older couples, the kids, and thought: Who are these people?
Do they know addicts? Do they carry real grief?
Then he called it what he felt it was:
complacency and irrelevant sermons about the Rapture.
That’s his view in his own pages. Not a rumor. The clip reads it out loud.
