The question is not how we treat it. The question is how God treats it.

This clip argues that chanting OM and yoga postures are not spiritually empty. They come out of Hindu mysticism, some poses imitate Hindu deities, and ignoring that origin does not mean the Holy Spirit ignores it.

The comparison: a Hindu cannot walk into a church and take communion because he is hungry. In the same way,
a Christian cannot treat yoga as “just a stretch” and assume God sees only the workout.
