Ezekiel 1 says the living creatures had the likeness of a man. Four faces: man, lion, ox, eagle. Four wings. Hands of a man under their wings.
That is a description, not a struggle for words. Ezekiel knew what a man looked like.
Ancient Aliens gets around the verse by redefining angel as “celestial energy,” then calling that a spacecraft. Change the word, and the text will say whatever the theory needs.
