Both sides shake after a touch — one from a preacher’s hand, one from a water bottle the guru charged with “chi.”

Spencer Smith’s point in this clip is blunt: violent body shaking is not listed as the fruit of the Spirit. Similar manifestations in a church and in an occult setting should make you test the spirit, not assume the label on the building made it holy.

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God.” — 1 John 4:1

“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.” — 1 Corinthians 14:33

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.” — Galatians 5:22–23
