1970 already saw it. The occult was not a hobby. It was an old darkness with a new audience.
Witchcraft. Satanism. Gurus selling power to kids who thought they were just curious.
Scripture does not treat that as neutral.
Deuteronomy 18:10–12. No divination. No witchcraft. No one who calls up the dead. These things are an abomination to the Lord.
Acts 19:19. The ones who had practiced magic brought their books and burned them in front of everyone.
Ephesians 5:11. Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness. Expose them.
Colossians 1:13. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his Son.
The way out is not a better ritual. It is faith in Jesus Christ.
